Driveino is a dispatch platform for chauffeur, executive and small-fleet taxi operators who outgrew spreadsheets, then got quoted £200+ per seat by the legacy vendors. We built something better — flat monthly pricing, unlimited drivers, no per-job fees, no enterprise sales calls.
Why we built it
The chauffeur industry has been run on WhatsApp groups, paper diaries and Excel for too long. The "professional" alternatives are either £2,000/month enterprise platforms that need a six-week onboarding, or 2010-era PHP tools that can't do Stripe properly. Neither serves the operator running 5–50 cars who needs to take a booking in 30 seconds and pay drivers without re-keying data into three systems.
We started Driveino in 2024 because we'd worked in two of those companies and watched good operators waste hours every week on the wrong tools. Everything you'll find here was built because someone in dispatch actually asked for it — not because a product roadmap had a quarterly OKR.
