Pricing questions
Is there really no per-driver fee?
Correct. Add as many drivers and vehicles as you like — the plan price never changes with headcount.
What does the trial include?
7 days of whichever plan you start on. Full functionality. We'll email you 3 days and 1 day before your trial ends; your first Direct Debit collection lands on day 8.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, up or down, prorated. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if a Direct Debit fails?
You'll get a notification and a grace window to retry. Service isn't suspended on the first failure.
